2.2. Acceptance: A binding legal contract is formed between you and JOY PASTRIES only when we confirm acceptance of your order via email, notification, or confirmation screen. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
2.3. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed on the website at the time the order is confirmed.
3.1. Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment as displayed on our website (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, cash on delivery, etc.).
3.2. Security: All online payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways. We do not store your sensitive financial information (like credit card numbers) on our servers.
3.3. Payment Failure: We will not process or deliver an order until full payment is received or, in the case of Cash on Delivery, until the payment terms are accepted.
4.1. Delivery Area: Our delivery service is restricted to specified zones within Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. By placing an order, you confirm the delivery address is within our serviceable area.
4.2. Delivery Times: We aim to meet the estimated delivery times, but these are only estimates. We shall not be liable for any losses, expenses, or damages incurred due to late delivery.
4.3. Delivery Acceptance: The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery at the address you specified. If you are unavailable, the order may be left with a designated person at the address or returned to the kitchen if unsuccessful, in which case a refund may not be applicable.
5.1. Food Safety: We adhere to strict food safety and hygiene standards (including FSSAI guidelines).
5.2. Allergens: It is the customer's sole responsibility to review the product descriptions for allergen information. JOY PASTRIES operates a Cloud Kitchen that handles common allergens (including but not limited to nuts, dairy, wheat, and eggs) and cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
5.3. Product Information: We make every effort to display the products and descriptions accurately. Due to the nature of food preparation, minor variations in appearance may occur.
6.1. Cancellation by Customer:
• Continental Food & Beverages: Orders for immediate delivery generally cannot be canceled after preparation has begun. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. A cancellation fee may apply.
• Celebration Cakes: Cancellation for pre-ordered cakes may be subject to a fee based on the amount of preparation already undertaken.
6.2. Cancellation by JOY PASTRIES: We reserve the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, delivery constraints, or payment issues. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
6.3. Refunds for Quality Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us immediately (within one hour of delivery) with photographic evidence. Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
All content on the Service (including text, logos, product images, and names like "JOY PASTRIES") is our property and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu.
